What we do
From ruin to residence
We take on buildings others overlook, structures with history and character, and bring them back to life with careful, compliant rehabilitation. Every project is judged twice: by the quality of the restoration and the strength of the return.

A historic Bonfim building under rehabilitation within Porto's Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU), preserving its timber structure and character while creating contemporary homes.
Rua de Santo Ildefonso 368-370 · Porto (Bonfim)
Santo Ildefonso · Heritage Conversion
A 19th-century building in central Porto being reimagined, a change-and-extension scheme rising to four storeys plus attic, creating up to eight residences. Construction is expected to begin around the start of 2027.
